These Terms and Conditions apply when you use this website, contact M40 Mobile Tyre Fitters, request a quote, book a mobile tyre service or receive tyre fitting support from us.

By booking a service with us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not book a service.

Our Services

M40 Mobile Tyre Fitters provides mobile tyre fitting, emergency tyre fitting, replacement tyre checks, puncture repair checks and roadside tyre assistance near the M40, Banbury, M40 Junction 11 and nearby safe-access locations.

Services depend on your exact location, tyre size, tyre stock, vehicle type, safe access, traffic conditions and mobile fitter availability.

Quotes and Pricing

Any quote we provide is based on the information you give us, including your location, vehicle registration, tyre size, tyre problem, access conditions and the service required.

• Quotes may change if the information provided is incorrect or incomplete.
• Quotes may change if a different tyre size, vehicle type or service is required.
• Emergency, out-of-hours or difficult-access jobs may cost more.
• We will aim to explain pricing clearly before work starts.

Booking a Mobile Tyre Service

A booking is only confirmed when we accept the job and confirm the service details with you by phone, WhatsApp, message or another communication method.

To help us process your booking, you should provide:

• Your exact location, postcode or WhatsApp pin
• Your safe meeting point or access details
• Your vehicle registration number
• Your tyre size or a clear tyre sidewall photo
• Your tyre problem, such as flat tyre, puncture, blowout or pressure warning
• Your direction of travel if you are near the M40

Safe Access and Roadside Safety

Tyre fitting can only be carried out where there is suitable safe access for the vehicle, customer, fitter and equipment.

We do not fit tyres in unsafe motorway areas, live traffic lanes or locations where our fitter decides the job cannot be completed safely.

Arrival Times

Any arrival time or estimated response time is an estimate only. Actual arrival may be affected by traffic, weather, location accuracy, tyre availability, fitter availability, previous jobs and safe access.

We will aim to keep you updated if there is a delay.

Payments

Payment terms will be confirmed before or at the time of booking. Payment may be required before attendance, on arrival, before work starts or after completion, depending on the job.

• You are responsible for paying the agreed price for the service.
• Payment must be made using the method agreed with us.
• We may refuse or stop a service if payment is not made as agreed.
• Invoices or receipts may be provided where applicable.

Cancellations

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change a booking. Cancellation charges may apply where costs have already been incurred, such as fitter travel, tyre ordering, dispatch, waiting time or other job-related costs.

Any cancellation charge will be considered based on the specific job, the stage of the booking and the costs or losses already incurred.

Customer Not Present or Incorrect Location

If the fitter attends the agreed location and cannot find you, cannot access the vehicle, or the location is incorrect, a call-out, cancellation or waiting charge may apply.

You are responsible for providing accurate location details and being contactable during the booking.

Tyre Availability and Suitability

Tyre availability depends on tyre size, tyre type, stock, supplier availability and time of day. We cannot guarantee that every tyre size or brand will be available at all times.

We may offer a suitable available tyre option where an exact brand or model is not available. We will aim to explain available options before fitting.

Puncture Repairs

A puncture repair can only be carried out if the tyre is suitable and safe to repair. Some tyre damage cannot be repaired, including sidewall damage, severe tread damage, bulges, splits, blowouts, run-flat damage or damage caused by driving on a flat tyre.

If a puncture repair is not safe or suitable, tyre replacement may be required.

Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information and making sure the vehicle can be safely accessed.

• Provide the correct vehicle registration and tyre size where possible.
• Provide an accurate location, postcode or WhatsApp pin.
• Tell us about any locking wheel nut, damaged wheel, lowered vehicle or access issue.
• Make sure someone authorised is available to approve the work.
• Do not ask the fitter to work in unsafe conditions.
• Follow safety instructions given by the fitter.

Locking Wheel Nuts and Vehicle Access

If your vehicle has locking wheel nuts, you must provide the correct locking wheel nut key. If the key is missing, damaged or incorrect, we may not be able to complete the tyre fitting.

Additional charges may apply if extra work, specialist tools, extra time or a separate service is required.

Warranty and Workmanship

We aim to provide services with reasonable care and skill. If you believe there is a problem with the work carried out, contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue.

Any warranty or guarantee may depend on the tyre fitted, the supplier, the nature of the problem and how the tyre or vehicle has been used after fitting.

Damage and Existing Vehicle Issues

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, unsafe vehicle condition, worn parts, damaged wheels, damaged locking wheel nuts, incorrect information provided by the customer or issues caused by driving on a damaged tyre before we attend.

If our fitter notices a safety issue, they may advise that further inspection or repair is needed before the vehicle continues.

Limits of Our Responsibility

We will not be responsible for delays, loss or costs caused by events outside our reasonable control, including traffic, weather, road closures, supplier delays, incorrect customer information, unsafe access or tyre stock limitations.

Nothing in these Terms removes or limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
